It is our pleasure to announce you that a new associate editor joined the editorial board of Annals of Forest Science.

Antonio MARTINEZ-CORTIZAS is professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry. He will contribute to the Journals quality with his expertise in upscaling ecological processes (in particular for biogeochemical cycles) from stand to landscape. He will also be a very important link to the scientific community in Spain, which is providing us with many interesting manuscripts.
