Values of annual mortality rate given diameter or growth. The annual mortality probability associated to diameter class j is μDj and the annual mortality rate given growth class g is μGg. For diameter class j, nDj is the total number of trees and dDj is the number of dead trees. For growth class g, nGg is the total number of trees and dGg is the number of dead trees.
